Judging from the existing regulations, in criminal proceedings, the opinions issued by qualified appraisers in appraisal institutions entrusted by judicial organs can only be adopted, but in cases, there are often appraisers entrusted by defendants themselves or opinions issued by personnel of non-appraisal institutions, which conflict with the opinions issued by institutions entrusted by judicial organs. Qian said that he is mainly responsible for cooking edible waste oil, and Li is mainly responsible for cooking industrial waste oil. According to the police, the waste oil cooked by Qian and others is mainly sold by him, of which one kilogram of edible waste oil, 4 yuan, is mainly sold to the local market; 2.1 yuan, a catty of industrial waste oil, was sold to a boss from Wenling, while the oil residue was sold to local deli or pressed into oil residue cake and sold to small vendors.

The raw materials used to make gutter oil are waste pork such as lymph, sebum and intestinal oil from pigs, and the purchase price is only one catty in 0.7 yuan.

At present, Qian and others are suspected of producing and selling toxic harmful food and have been transferred to Yueqing police for prosecution according to law.
