In 2020, the gross domestic product (GDP) exceeded 100 billion yuan for the first time, an increase of 2.3% over the previous year. There are many shortcomings and weak links in infrastructure construction such as transportation, water conservancy, energy, public health, ecological environment protection, agriculture and rural areas, disaster prevention and mitigation, etc. The pace of accelerating institutional opening to the international advanced standards and improving the internationalization level of China’s market still needs to be accelerated and legalized.
