In mid-March this year, the police of Yandangshan Public Security Bureau in Yueqing found an important clue in their daily work: in Hua Er Village, Puqi Town, some people bought pig waste materials such as pig lymph, pig intestine oil and pig waste meat.
After investigation, the police found that the purchaser was a man riding an electric tricycle. Every time he set off in the early morning, he bought pig waste everywhere.
Soon, the police locked the target. In the early morning of March 17, Yandangshan Public Security Bureau set up a task force to track and investigate men.
Finally, it was found that his foothold was a seaside bungalow in Puqi Hua Er Village.
By moonlight, the police saw that the workshop was lined up by seven bungalows, which were brightly lit. The police officers lurking not far away smelled a foul smell mixed with burnt meat in the distance. Accordingly, the police concluded that this is probably a black workshop that produces waste oil.

According to the police, when they entered the workshop, they found that there were two middle-aged men and four middle-aged women working, two of whom were in charge of four cauldrons cooking waste oil, and four middle-aged women were in charge of cleaning up the chopped raw materials. The workshop was dirty and smelly.
On the spot, the police seized 1.5 tons of waste oil, more than 800 kilograms of raw materials used to produce waste oil and more than 300 kilograms of oil residue. At the same time, the police also seized more than 20 barrels of suspected lard totaling more than 1 ton and sampled them. According to the workshop staff, the finished waste oil and oil residue were originally expected to be put into the market that afternoon.
After the trial, one of the suspects surnamed Qian, 62, was a native of Yueqing. Qian confessed that the workshop was opened in the first half of 2012, and a total of four people were operating, mainly in the family mode.
Qian said that he is mainly responsible for cooking edible waste oil, and Li is mainly responsible for cooking industrial waste oil. If the industrial waste oil cooked by Li is good in color, it will also be mixed with edible waste oil for sale. In many cases, the output in January is tens of thousands of kilograms.
According to the police, the waste oil cooked by Qian and others is mainly sold by him, of which one kilogram of edible waste oil, 4 yuan, is mainly sold to the local market; 2.1 yuan, a catty of industrial waste oil, was sold to a boss from Wenling, while the oil residue was sold to local deli or pressed into oil residue cake and sold to small vendors.
The raw materials used to make gutter oil are waste pork such as lymph, sebum and intestinal oil from pigs, and the purchase price is only one catty in 0.7 yuan.
At present, Qian and others are suspected of producing and selling toxic harmful food and have been transferred to Yueqing police for prosecution according to law.
