In the autumn of October, 2020, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee deliberated and adopted the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China’s Proposal on Formulating the 14th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Target in 2035.
