On June 1, Zero Car issued a document saying that 18,165 new energy vehicles were delivered in May, of which 11,992 were delivered to SUV Gemini C11 and C10. Zero Car also said that the ultra-comfortable smart 6-seat SUV C16, which debuted at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show and sold well, will be officially launched this month.
On May 14, Zero Run International was officially established. The joint venture is owned by Stellantis Group and Zero Run Automobile, which hold 51% and 49% respectively. Zero Run International is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Mr. Xin Tianshu from the management team of Stellantis Group China is the CEO of Zero Run International. The management team led by him is currently preparing for the successful launch of the C10 and T03 electric models in Europe.
Zero Run International’s electric vehicle products are considered to complement the current technology of the Stellantis Group and the product lineup of its iconic brands, and will bring more cost-effective mobility solutions to customers around the world. With the help of Stellantis Group’s global distribution channels, Zero Run International plans to launch Zero Run vehicles in nine European markets in France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Greece and Romania from September this year. By the end of 2024, Zero Run International will also launch products in Turkey, Israel and French overseas territories in the Middle East and Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand and Malaysia in India and Asia Pacific, and Brazil and Chile in South America.
On May 17, the signing ceremony of the key parts project of Zero Run New Energy Vehicle was held in Huzhou, Zhejiang. Hong Hupeng, deputy secretary of the Huzhou Municipal Party Committee and mayor, and Zhu Jiangming, founder, chairperson and CEO of Zero Run Technology, attended the event and witnessed the signing. The total investment of the project is about 1.35 billion yuan. It is planned to build a heat pump compressor production line, an electronic water pump production line and an on-board electronic power controller production line, with an annual output of 6.80 million sets of key parts of new energy vehicles. After the project arrives, the estimated annual output value is 4.30 billion yuan, and the annual tax is 300 million yuan.
