According to "China Patent Award Evaluation Method" and "China National Intellectual Property Administration’s Notice on Selecting the 24th China Patent Award", the 24th China Patent Award has selected 30 pre-winning projects of China Patent Gold Award, 10 pre-winning projects of China Design Gold Award, 60 pre-winning projects of China Patent Silver Award, 15 pre-winning projects of China Design Silver Award, 782 pre-winning projects of China Patent Excellence Award and 45 pre-winning projects of China Design Excellence Award, which are hereby publicized.
During the publicity period, if any unit or individual has any objection to the evaluation results, it shall submit it in writing to the China Patent Award Evaluation Office and provide the necessary supporting materials. If the unit raises an objection, it shall affix the official seal of the unit and provide the contact person, telephone number and e-mail; If an individual raises an objection, he shall sign his real name and provide identification materials, effective contact telephone number and email address.
